Was this in your email?

Was it addressed to 'customer/member/seller'?  That is a spam phishing attempt. Report it to spoof@ebay.com

If it came on a Sell Your Item form, scroll down the form looking for parts outlined in red. Add the correct information (they will still be red, don't worry.) Scroll to the bottom and try to move to the next page.

Go to My eBay at the top right hand corner of this page. Verify the information there. Do NOT do this through the email.
