how do I change item location in my listings

I want to change(update) item location to only show the state where it resides rather than the city and the state

On the Sell Your Item form scroll down to "Package Details" below where you would put in the dimensions and weight of your shipment.

Click on the "Change Location" link.

However, you are on eBay CANADA and I am looking at the eBaydotCA Sell Your Item form.

While you could insert a foreign address, there is no guarantee that it would carry over to the eBaydotCOM form that I would assume you normally use.
