Question? How does a seller from the USA change the Global Shipping to first class to Canada?
I bought an item from a seller in the USA. They use the Global Shipping and before the auction we agreed to change it after as there was a bid already and the listing couldn't be changed. Now he is trying to change the rate to first class shipping and the GSP won't let him. Please help, I'm from Canada and short of paying twenty when I know they ship for seven first class, for a five dollar item? Too much!
