No,it's just telling you that you can't place a bid that's lower than the starting bid. The starting bid in this listing,,is $30,000.00 so your bid must equal or exceed this amount.

It will say reserve not met next to the current price if the bidding has not yet reached the reserve price and reserve met if bidding has equalled or exceeded the reserve price.
Also,when bidding,you will see a notification that your bid has or has nor met the reserve price. If you place a max bid that is more than the reserve price,the displayed high bid will jump to the reserve price and bidding continues from that point.

there are no bids on the item...and there is no where that it says anything about reserve bids except when I go to bid on it....it says you must bid higher than..*****...is that an indication of the reserve bid?
