how do I refund portion cash of my sold item to buyer

My Buyer did not satisfying with my item , we agreed on a refund  the a mount of $ 25.00 out of my sold item value $240.00 please let

me know to process the refund , this was paid through Paypal

If the buyer is not satisfied with the item, why do they want to keep it? If you have not refunded yet, ask the buyer to return the item for a full refund. They are just trying to take advantage of you and complaining so they get the item for a discount price.
