The first step will be Contact Seller.
You have done that, you have proof that the seller has the item back, and the seller has not refunded you.
So go on....
Wait.
You did return the item with Confirmation of Delivery?
You can show that the item has been received by the seller?
And the seller has not refunded you?
Right?
If those steps are not yet complete, do not open a Dispute unless you are very close to the 45 day deadline.
You can only open a Dispute for 45 days after purchase.
You MUST use a tracked service to return the item.
You MUSt be able to show Paypal/eBay that the item has been returned.
If those steps are complete, and the seller has not refunded, PP will refund you and go after the seller for their money.
If you did not use tracking, let us know. There is another possibility.
