You could list the tickets on eBay.de which is the German site.

You can still make the tickets available worldwide, just note the countries you will ship to and give the cost of shipping to each.

You don't actually have to list in German, but you will have more success if you do.

If you are shipping the tickets from Canada, you will have to use Flat Rate Shipping rather than Calculated.
