Thats a canada ID..advanced search..by seller.. ID search but i cannot locate a store.

All I see is a 0 feedback seller whose account was opened on the 28th of July.

You can find almost any ebay member by clicking on the words Site Map from the bottom of this page, then on the right under where it says Connect, choose Find a Member. 

Your seller does not have an actual ebay "store" in the official sense of having a store subscription, but she does have one item for sale at the moment, - this:  200801280052. 

Hope she's the one you were looking for. 🙂
