Would be expensive. Use CP to find a rate. To have delivery confirmation and signature if sells for over $250. US probably means Priority Worldwide to Ukraine

Should have your Buyer Requirements set to block bidders from countries not shipped to and can cancel any bid...

Give your customer the price for shipping by Priority International to Ukraine which you can find on canadapost.ca.
If he tries to argue, add him to your Blocked Bidder List.
Some sales are not worth having.
Go to your Seller Preferences and Block bidding from countries you are not comfortable selling to.
For electronic goods, I would suggest selling only to Canada and the USA. Not that other nationalities are not as honest as those, but the distance and shipping time just lead to too many problems.

BTW, I gather English is your second language. May I suggest having an anglophone friend rewrite your title and description? Any errors in grammar and spelling are a sign of weakness to the scamming sharks who troll eBay for suckers. 😞
