Just purchased (buy it now) items and would like to pay for them, but paypal site won't let me change my current billing address from the US to Canada. I have a paypal canada account also but even signing into ebay from canada still gets me the same paypal payment window with the (incorrect) US shipping address. How can I pay for these items when paypal can't verify my credit card with the wrong billing address ?
