how to rename a saved search

Until very recently you could edit a saved search and give it a new name. Or you could start a new search and give it your own special name. Suddenly this renaming/custom naming feature no longer exists. I have only been using eBay for about a month and there have been other changes without any explanation. Is this common to eBay? Does eBay not care about its customers? Also, why can users only call eBay support instead of sending an email?

Totally agree, Ed!

As an eBay user for more than a decade, the ability to name and rename searches was helpful!

Recently, this option has seemed to disappear---so now my searches consist of very long, search keywords, with no context whatsoever (that can be given by a clear and precise name).

So, Yes---you are correct, that eBay Canada does not care an iota about its users (ie. those users buying items on eBay)!

We can only hope that a rival company creates their own auction program --- to compete with and replace eBay soon!
