i'am buying a video game from the US for 19 dollars(plus shipping 3 dollars) and i'am wondering if iam going to pay any extra money when it arrives here(taxes,duties)? i live in Canada.since my total is going to be 22 dollars.

If they ship the game through USPS, it will arrive to you through Canada Post and in your mailbox, and you will not have to pay any extra charges. If it was shipped through UPS, you will have to pay brokerage fees.

There will be no charges if the seller is smart and honest enough to give the value as the $19 you paid.
If they give the manufacturer's suggested price, or include the postage in the selling price or do anything dumb to show a value above $20, you will probably pay a service fee plus sales taxes (GST/HST) and possibly duty.
This can be appealed, but it is a pain.
