You can try during Utah business hours on weekdays.
Good luck though, some of those Mormons speak with really heavy accents.
And many are unclear on concepts like "Canada" .

Utah and Alberta are both in the same time zone. My guess on best time to try is 9am-5pm.
However, the restricted time ranges I see in the Help & Contact decision tree are 5am to 10pm Pacific time (versus the choices that are around the clock).
