i want to buy items from here but the probelms all the prices mentioned in USD , so how i know the prices in Emirates Derhams ? and also i am living in uae so i should pay in Derhams ( AED ) how they will deduct the price from my account in USD ??

Depends on your PayPal account whether conversion is necessary or not.  PayPal automatically converts to the currency of the institutions added with a 2.5% conversion fee.

If you add a US bank account none would occur.
