is china post a scam? I cant track my package and the seller isnt responding to my emails

I bought an item that said it was in Arizona turns out it is in China! I paid through paypal, the seller got his payment but on ebay it was showing that i had not paid. The day after i paid for it the sellers listing had been pulled and ebay wont tell me why. Ive sent the seller 4 emails and have yet to get a response. Filed a claim through paypal and he/she finally responed with a tracking number, so  i canceled the claim thinking that everything was going to be fine ive tried tracking the package and it doesnt show up anywhere. I contacted paypal and since i closed the case i cannot reopen it, i then contacted ebay and they cant help me either. The seller has 3 diffrent email address. I dont know what else to do i think ive gotten scamed out of 65.00 any suggestions?

And you won't get a response. China post is not a scam but your seller may be.( a fake tracking #).  Its one thing for PayPal to close a claim but a buyer never does unless item arrives.

Only option, if it is one , is a credit card charge back. Payment funded with credit card , call the Customer Service # on card's back. Have all transaction details at hand when calling.

Otherwise , $65. cannot be recovered.

Same issue with me man, except my seller has responded to my emails. I really genuinely think that they are a scam, but only time will tell.
