dont think so ,just dont buy from people who use it.or if it is something you really want ,ask them to relist without it.

If the seller has signed up for Global Shipping then they have to use it they can not ship outside the program.

The Global Shipping Program is not mandatory and sellers do not have to sign up for it.

As I understand it , the seller can opt to ship outside the program, even if they have signed up for it, but I am not clear on how to do it.

If your seller insists differently, he doesn't want your business enough to find out how. Or he is kinda dumb. This will not end well.

Ask for a Mutual Cancellation of the transaction.

If you don't want to use the GSP, ask the seller BEFORE bidding if he will ship directly by First Class Parcel International. Let him know that this USPS service is now Delivery Confirmed to Canada. If he refuses, move on.
