Actually, I've never heard of it, but as a rule of thumb, if Sears won't accept it, neither will Paypal.
Some sellers may have merchant accounts that allow them to take other cards, but again, it's pretty obscure.
Also PP works with credit cards, not debit cards. You can hook up your bank account directly though, no debit card needed. Why pay extra fees?
