For your high end stuff I'd recommend including the shipping cost in the asking price. Especially since you are using best offer -- you figure what the cost to ship to the person offering is; then accept or reject the offer on that basis.
Looking at one listing: Asking CA$9000 or best offer with $75 shipping just looks like you're cutting corners on the shipping end, when you could ask CA$9100 or best offer with shipping included. Or list on eBay.COM for US$6900 with shipping included.
