I just won an auction for 2 cds from a U.S. seller who will ship to Canada where I live. I sent a request for a combined shipping invoice which arrived. When I try to pay for them I'm being told I must change my address or contact the seller to request an exemption by requesting total. I contacted the seller 5 times and 5 times he has sent me an invoice I can't pay. I have since paid for another cd from a seller in Australia and that was completed smoothly. Why can I not pay this other seller? I bought 1 cd from him a month ago and had no problems.
