I didnt receive a purchased item a month past the latest arrival date . In the mean time i opened a resolution to it and contacted the seller about it but got no reply so i posted a feedback saying i didnt receive item. In the mean time the item arrived a week lster. Now the seller wants me to give them a positive feedback but ebay says I have no transactions which to leave feedback now

The seller has to send you a request for you to change your feedback. If you go to the help pages and search for revising feedback it should give you more info. I'm not sure what the time limit for revising....it may be too late
if it is too late, you can add to your feedback by going to the bottom of your feedback page and clicking on follow up on feedback left.

Which is why we wait until the Dispute is resolved before leaving feedback.
We have 60 days from purchase.
If worse comes to worst, you can leave a Response (follow up) to any feedback indefinitely. This however, does not affect the seller's percentage.

The Chinese seller has over 1,700 negative feedback in the last 12 months. One more, one less will not make a difference.
Most buyers would AVOID a seller with so many negative feedback comments.

Wow! A seller with 1700 negative feedback in less than a year.
And they are still allowed to sell here.
Good job eBay!
We are all fools for using this site.
