Does no one ever learn grammar any more?

I think you might be saying that you and your seller have agreed to cancel a transaction.

But I'm guessing.

If that is the case, your Seller has to go to the Resolution Centre, under Customer Support up there in the top right corner, and send a request for a Mutual Cancellation.

You will then get an emailed request for an agreement to the cancellation.

If you agree, you and your seller will be freed from the transaction and can exchange feedback. Since this was a friendly choice on the part of the seller, positive feedback would be normal. (And there is an unfriendly choice he could have made.) The seller will get the fees he paid eBay to make the sale refunded.
