i have buy something but the seller tell me that they mistake and have put the wrong price so they refund me what i can do with the feedback... i can't put a positive feedback... for me i most put a negative...

If it is for the guitar you won for $1.00 I would leave a Neg.

He relisted it at the same price you won it for shortly after the auction ended.

yes this is for the guitar and yes they relisted for the same price... but when i win it... they liste the guitar for 1$ buy it now... the second time they start the bid for 1$

While the seller obviously made a mistake listing it as a Buy It Now at $1.00, you were not wrong to accept that deal.

You can leave negative or neutral feedback. The most effective feedback is calm and factual.

"Bought at fixed price. Refused & relisted as opening auction bid." would be fair to describe the transaction and the seller's actions.
