Hi I sold a concert ticket but the buyer doesn't pay. It,s too soon to open a case but what should I do. The show is only in a few day so I can not relist it in time and I'm afraid I will loose my money. I know i should have put the option paying immediat
thank you

The only thing you can do at the moment is send a kindly worded reminder note to the buyer.
This is the Easter weekend, and for many people that means 4 days off from work, a large
family meal to prepare, guests to accommodate...
(Although I don't see why someone would click 'buy' and not follow through right away with payment.)
<<I know i should have put the option paying immediat>>
Right. This may be one of those horrible learning experiences. I'd suggest trying kindness first,
because you cannot force your buyer to pay, and if you are less than pleasant you offer no
incentive to pay, not if your buyer is indifferent to Unpaid Item cases.
If your buyer says he's changed his mind and agreed to a cancellation, -- would you have time to
promptly relist on a short duration and still courier the tickets to the new buyer?
A cancellation releases the item faster than the Unpaid Item case, but would it be fast enough?
And of course, it goes without saying that you add the first buyer to your 'blocked' list.
I wish you the very best of luck.

Thank you very much for all your advices. I tried the kindness method now I will ask for a cancellation. I have a feeling it will be a bad learning experience but that's life.

Don't cancel the order or Ebay will give you a strike on the new defect rate thingy they have.
