A potential bidder emailed me with a question, but when I replied my answer was rejected as spam thru their spam-blocker. I tried again thru eBay, but of course that garnered the same results.
I reported them for invalid email address, but not sure if this is the correct path to take. Does anyone know how eBay deals with this issue?

*JMHO* - to be taken with a grain of salt!

I did the same thing and did not get any reply back from eBay. Customer negged me for not responding however has since ben cleared up when she realized she had spam blokers preventing my emials from going through. It was only resplved through Square Trade.
You might try emailing customer through that eBay resource (without paying the $20 for mediation). You can also leave a neutral feedback and state in feedback that emails are being blocked by customer.
You can also obtain phone number through eBay and call customer (probably the best way to go).

I too have had that happen a few times in the last week. Both questions from potential bidders and auction winners with spam filters. Don't waste your time emailing eBay... they have "their filters" permanently set on "ignore".

On the dotcom board, someone recommended getting an alternate email address from one of the free sites - his favorite was "www dot moovian dot com" because apparently no-one is blocking that site at the moment. I understand that even if you have an aol address, that's no guarantee that you can get through to other aol users. I opened a moovian address and so far, no pop-ups, no more spam than usual, but I haven't tested it out on the blocking ISPs yet.
Might be worth a try anyhow. Glenda
