the seller sent me a second chance offer but I am not able to pay for it, when I click pay is invalid and the seller increased the price from 2.79 to more than $10

Does the SCO include shipping to Canada?
That may not have been at the top of your mind when you were bidding.
Does the seller even ship to Canada?
The SCOs are often sent out automatically when the seller has multiple items available.
