using Wix.com to build ebay templates for description purposes

Is it Legal through the terms and conditions to use WIX.com to load templates and  set them up for my description? I see lots of benefit to this, but before i start building a template, i want to make sure that its legal from ebays terms and conditions.

The eBay listing description is part of the eBay listing page with limitations on what HTML commands can be used in the description. The wix system designs web pages and some of the HTML for the page will conflict with the eBay listing page and will not be allowed.  So using most web page tools (not just wix) results in issues with the eBay page and the description does not work as intended.
