I'm assuming that you are talking about the item you purchased from China? Items from Asian countries can take anywhere from 2 weeks up to 2 months. Keep in mind you have 45 days to open up a Paypal claim.
Your best bet would be to message the seller and ask them for a tracking number, or ask them to track it for you.
