what do i do if i cant open a case or tried contacting the seller 5 times for an item not received?

I thought i will receive it in  a month but never did and it was too late to open a case..i contacted the seller 5 times and he never reposnded..

You only have 45 days in which to open a dispute on either eBay or paypal.

If you missed the 45 day deadline and funded the transaction by credit card telephone the customer service number on the back of your credit card and ask to do a charge back.

You have 60 days from the time the listing ended to leave feedback. If the feedback deadline hasn't expired, you can express your dissatisfaction in a calm factual feedback comment.
