when I accept a best offer, why the shipping charge changing ?

I had a sculpture listed for $235 plus shipping charge $54. I've got an offer for $ 175 what I accepted,

in the sold item section I had $ 175 plus $ 44 shipping,

My question is why shipping charge changing, and why is the hold back for the shipping charge?

The last two Item I sold for $ 8.50 plus $8.50 shipping charge I've got the shipping and the rest was hold back.

Now I've got another offer, and I'm very confused, please help, Ebay is holding $ 211 back, now if I accept the offer

I have to pay another $ 110 for shipping from my own pocket.

Thanks

I don't know why the $54 shipping would change to $44. You might double check the buyer's location. Sometimes rates change with Calculated Shipping depending on the destination.

The "hold back' is a policy by Paypal/eBay. New sellers, sellers in high value/high fraud categories, and sellers with Violations on their selling account have thier customers' payments Held for 21 days against their good customer service.

You still have to ship within 7 days for your Seller Protection, but if you print the shipping label through PP, the postage cost will be released.

Bonus, PP shipping labels include 5%to 18% discounts on PO counter prices.
