eBay does not supply sellers with merchandise. All of the sellers have to find a supplier/wholeseller/dropshipper of their own in order to be able to sell.
Most suppliers (good ones at least) are not open to the public. And those who do have a good supplier often don't like giving out their sources. Try looking around different business forums to see what you can find.
