I made a purchase that came to $133 and theimport fees were $72 CAD. The order was cancelled and the seller refunded the 133. The import fees have not been refunded. No one from eBay to  Paypal will tell me why or how I can get this reversed. HELP

The import fees were not paid to eBay or to the seller.

The service/ customs brokerage fee went to the shipping company/ postal system.

The sales tax went to the Canadian and provincial governments.

The duty ,if any, went to the federal government.

You can get the tax and duty refunded by calling the phone number on the back of the invoice you received when you paid those amounts and showing that the item was returned to the exporter.

The shipper did his job by processing the parcel through customs. You won't get that back.

About the "requesting a refund" via the contact info. on the invoice. I recently received my item through the GSP and there was no invoice attached to the box, or included inside, giving me details of the GSP fees. Is this something that will be mailed to me separately?

For me, it is the same situation. I didn't get the so-called invoice with the phone number on the back.
