The thing of it is ,why is it these do ying yangs need to be reported. When a retraction is made it is recorded, a pattern of system abuse is then created on this buyers profile as time goes on. I can see this happening as I bid on items so I'm fairly confident that with todays technology and the endless resources at ebays disposal they should be able identifiy and flag these individuals as well, and act on it. I suspect that it is not a priority since retractions do not really affect ebay bottom line.
