I have been bidding on some toy figures from China and have yet to win one. My problem however is that every once in a while I receive a message that effectively says " you can not buy more than 3 items from this seller in 10 days". As I said I haven't ever won any of these particular bids and I try to bid on a few to get a chance to win some. Why am I getting this message and how does it make any sense when I have not purchased anything from them.
Thank you for some advice.
Robert

Yes, some sellers do have limits on how many items a buyer can purchase. Why? To protect themselves against buyers abusing the system. For more information how sellers can set limits for buyers:

As stated by eBay: contact the seller
