why am i receiving a bill for fees? what are the fees for and how do i contact customer support? I am extremely confused whats happening.

You had an item that sold on Mar. 2nd so therefore

you have to pay fees.

I'm not sure why you are surprised about fees since you sold an item and agreed to pay the fees when you registered with ebay. Additionally, any email you got from ebay would state that the fees are for selling. Contacting customer support will not get you out of paying the fees.
