why dose e-bay not admit it when they are wrong

my listing was pulled i was sent a e-mail accusing me of selling drug parefanaila the heading of my listing read "marbles lead seals childs metal toys chinese opium bottle clay pipes" i admit i should have used a comma after opium bottle they said it is possible i was not trying to sell opium pipes but they will not give me back my listing costs and the black mark stands against me seems unfair.

I am unsure as to what it is you were actualy selling.

Was it a bulk lot containing all of these items ?

In any case I wish to draw your attention to the fact that every Wednesday from 1pm to 2pm Toronto (Centre of the Universe ) time there is an online session with eBay staff members responding to questions.

Possibly if you post next Wednesday they can assist you.

Probably pulled by a 'bot, still any of "Chinese opium", "opium bottle", or "opium pipe" would pretty well count as "drug paraphenalia" and if this was in a mixed lot of interesting stuff, I would either relist the lot without mentioning the pipe, or toss it out and start again.

I bought an opium pipe at Expo67. Never used it, and I wonder what ever happened to it. Good times...
