I have this ongoing issue which I have posted about previously.
Basically I won several items from a US based seller. Paid for them, and then suddenly the seller attempted to cancel because I 'lived in a country that they don't ship to'. (The listings clearly listed Canada as a shipping destination).
After I agreed to cancel, and expected a refund, the seller suddenly marked the items as shipped. A few days later I noticed some of these items had been relisted by the seller.
I got ZERO communication from the seller throughout this process.
I asked Ebay for help, reported the seller, and left negative feedback. My feedback was fact based (No communication, no refund, marked items as shipped and then relisted) and can all be backed up with evidence.
The seller responded by leaving 'positive feedback' calling me a cheat and a liar (yet he still has my money and has relisted items).
He also said I asked him to ship to a different address (even though the message in my order shows me clearly asking him to ship to the same address I have had listed in Ebay and Paypal since 2013)
He can consider me a cheat and a liar and a bad ebayer...I guess that's his opinion. But to outright state I requested something which I didn't.....do I have any recourse there for getting that feedback removed by Ebay?

It is against eBay policy to leave a positive negative. Contact eBay & you should be able to have them all removed.
