You have to open a claim with your Seller, item not as described, and follow the instructions.

The Resolution Centre is at the bottom of this page.
On the right under Help and Contact.
You need the transaction number.
Do NOT go to the phones.
You want the automated system which is efficient and relatively fast.
The seller will be told to send you return shipping.
When you send it back, and he receives it, you will be refunded.

They have changed the resolution center so buyers can't file a claim there...they are just told to go to their purchase history. So it is probably easier for us just to tell them to go to their purchase history and to open a return using the reason for the return..wrong item, broken item, changed mind etc.
