EXTRA ECONOMY SHIPPING FROM CHINA

Ive had nothing but problems with this extra economy shipping. i know to expect delays but it seems like it takes forever if it ever does arrive.ill pay extra to have my items / orders to arrive timely and safely. is it alot to ask to have more buyer options on methods of delivery for your purchases or am i asking for too much ?

China has a trade agreement of some sort they pretty much nothing for shipping. Hence 3 dollar items being sold with free shipping. Anything with tracking international the costs outweigh the costs of the item . I wouldnt pay 35.00 dollars tracking for a 5 dollar item I can buy local. Now that being pre covid deliverys would be a month estimated. I ordered an item just before covid hit it took 4 months to arrive. I now only buy and sell local no more cross boarder shopping untill things get better for me.

Very cheap shipping should be a red flag to the buyer.

Either the seller is including the cost of shipping in the price (Free Shipping) or using a slow untracked service.

If the seller estimates on his Shipping page that delivery may take more than 30 days, do not buy.

EBay gives you a last estimated date for delivery (not shipping, delivery).  After that date go to the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page and open a Not Received dispute.

Don't accept an offer of a replacement. That is a good sign that the seller never shipped in the first place and will not ship the replacement.

If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, delivery) you will be refunded.

I would ask if the seller could ship with e packet, it costs extra but at least I'll be able to track the order and will receive it in 4 weeks.
As reallynicestamps already mentioned, "really cheap shipping" means asking for a lot of headache and frustration.
