GSP items usually arrive to me via Canada Post, though I do recall one time a larger item arrived via a courier. However, this time I've been unable to decipher exactly who has the parcel and what's going on.
Supposedly there was a delivery attempt to my condo earlier today when I was at work after which it was "redirected to PUDO" per the tracking, I assume that's some kind of an acronym? Then two hours after that it changed to "unable to deliver: other". There is no door knocker on the front of the building addressed to my unit.
I see no contact form for GSP, and the tracking number provided doesn't seem to work on the usual courier's systems.
Any suggestions?

If you contact customer service (eBay) by phone or on Social Media, they can look at the issue and escalate as need be.

There have been a few complaints here in the past month, most of which seem to poor delivery practices by a sub-contractor called Apple.
First drop in at your Postal Outlet and ask if they have your parcel. It won't hurt.
And this seems to be the address for GSP/Pitney Bowes parcel tracking.

Apparently there were enough problems with Apple that GSP/PB has all but dropped them as a sub-contractor.
See tyler@ebay 's post #22 in this post.

See the thread femmefan references.
The courier is probably Apple and the PUDO is probably a fake redirection. Apple has been getting a lot of delivery complaints.
PUDO is an actual company -- PUDO comes from Pick Up Drop Off -- www.pudo.ca

And where does that last Apple Express number show the item was when last recorded?

"Returned to sort centre" as of one week ago. I'm trying to find someone to contact but I'm stuck in a loop with the system trying to get me to contact the sender and complain to them - when really the sender has nothing to do with this as it's a Pitney Bowes issue.

I think you'll have to give up on ever getting the actual purchase and concentrate on getting a refund.
That is the responsibility of PitneyBowes/GSP but you start with an eBay Dispute and ask that you be referred to a GSP specialist.
So disappointing.

Is there a location provided for this "sort centre"? I'm wondering if it's the Canadian hub where the item was received and processed and there's a chance it may go out again with a different carrier. In this case, the Canadian hub would be the "sender" but, of course, none of us would have any idea who that might be.

Really not the solution I was hoping for, but after weeks of nothing I was finally refunded by ebay a couple days ago. Will make a mental note to NEVER order another item with GSP again.
