I won an item today. I placed the bid during the final minute. I received a confirmation e-mail that I won. The item also shows up under my purchase history.
The issue is, it doesn't give me the Pay Now option, only the Hide Listing. There doesn't seem to be anything I can do to pay for the item. I've contacted the seller with some screen shots, asking if I actually did win the item. Honestly, I'm really confused, I've never had this error before. I wouldn't be surprised if my message sketches them out, because it is such a strange error.
If it matters, it was a GSP item, and I was on Chrome on a Chromebook. It also doesn't seem like the seller cancelled the transaction.
Has anybody experienced this before? Is there a way to resolve it? Did I actually win the item?
