Is my item lost after Pitney Bowes sent it to a last mile delivery company?

Doesn't seem to be any movement after it was supposedly out for delivery on Nov. 15? Should I call Pitney Bowes or GoFor, the last mile delivery company?

Is it delayed or lost?

Your screenshots give estimated delivery dates of last Saturday (November 27) and today (December 2). Have those dates been changing on the tracking page?

The GSP and tracking are Seller Protection programs.

The GSP allows US and UK sellers , who are terrified of shipping outsider their own borders, to ship to the GSP plant (the US one is in Kentucky) where their responsiblity  for delivery ends.

Tracking, with or without the GSP, is protection against false claims of non-delivery.

Never look at tracking.

It will not make the shipment move faster, nor does it prevent damage in transit.

What you did not give was the date eBay gave you for delivery.

Has that date passed?

November 27 was last Saturday.  Few carriers deliver on weekends.

GoFor is a new kid on the block for GSP shipping.

If the Last Estimated Date for delivery has passed, you can open a Dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page. Avoid the phones, they cannot help. You want the automated system.

Do state that this is a GSP shipment.

GSP/Pitney Bowes has excellent insurance. If they cannot prove delivery, they will refund you promptly.

If the purchase shows up after that, they don't want it. It's yours.

And in future, just mark the delivery date on your calendar and don't watch the tracking.
