Multiple items shipped separately using the same tracking number

Hello everyone

I haven’t ordered from eBay in years but after browsing one evening came across a bunch of dog items that looked amazing . I ended up ordering 5 separate items with an order total of around 80$ CAD but for the items I ordered not a bad deal at all. The items were shipped after a few day’s and I was tracking it along the way. I received one tracking number and therefore assumed they were sent all together . Fast forward to last week, about 3 weeks after ordering and I get a notice of delivery. I get home and even before opening the bag I know something is not right... it’s too small to fit everything I ordered . Anyways I open the bag and inside is a dog harness... the harness itself is amazing quality but there is supposed to be a matching lead to it . Anyways now the entire package shows delivered but I’m still out the remaining 4 separate items plus the lead . These items were all from the same seller ... is it normal for this to happen ? As now I have no idea if they will come

Not sure if this makes a difference but the items are coming from China and shipped with speedpak. Also the item I did receive with Canada post has a CP tracking number on it .

I’ve contacted the seller and asked if the package was shipped separately which he confirmed as it was in stock different locations . And when asked if I could have the CP tracking numbers for all packages the seller just told me he would re ship them all as they probably got lost .

The one item I did receive I tracked with my CP tracking listed on the package and it too says delivered ... I’m just wondering what in the world happened to the rest of the items ... and is there a way to use the Chinese tracking number to get the remaining CP tracking

While the other items may turn up, you have a Not As Described dispute there.

Open the cases, one for each purchase, in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this (and many other) pages.

The first suggestion (not a requirement) is to Contact the Seller.

Ignore it.

If you need detail for the Dispute, it would be simply, "the item was not in the package".

And when asked if I could have the CP tracking numbers for all packages the seller just told me he would re ship them all as they probably got lost .

Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. It won't arrive either.

The seller will be required to send you return shipping, but many overseas sellers don't do this because international tracked shipping is expensive with Canada Post.

If he doesn't, you win the Dispute and you will be refunded.

If he does supply shipping, you must return what you received, and when he gets it back, you will be refunded.
