So, I bought a phone from this company which was ebay Refurbished guaranteed and it arrived on time in like 2 business days.
For the fathers day event there was a coupon so I bought the exact same phone and when I asked about why there is no tracking number at first they said it would be provided within 24 hours then I ask again 4 days later on why it hasn't arrived yet and where is the tracking they say these exact words as the whole message:
"hi,
we will reach out with carrier ."
This was my response twice whenever I ask for a tracking number as it should have been made with the shipping label making me think is this phone even shipped.. they also respond every 24 hours so getting support is very lackluster here.
It has been 2 weeks and the phone is still stuck on shipped is there anything I can do as I want the phone, but after going through their feedback it seems because I used the coupon this phone is probably not shipped.
I may be delusional here, but is there a way to refund the first phone I got and say I got it as the second order because these sellers are not helping with anything..

EBay gave you a window for the estimated delivery?
If the last estimated date for delivery has passed, you can open a Claim under the Money Back Guarantee.
If the seller cannot prove delivery (not shipping, Delivery) you will be refunded.
The seller is not being helpful, so ignore him.
Go to the MBG.

The estimated delivery date has passed, but I think this is what the seller wants as since I bought the second phone for cheaper they have not actually shipped it and declared they shipped it. So, I would refund it and lose my discounted price.
Also the open a Claim under the Money Back Guarantee. for some reason it tells me that
is there some other way to solve this or do I have to refund with my credit card company.

Are you trying to get a refund for your first phone? That's not how the Money Back Guarantee works. It's not a "price protection" scheme.

The Money Back Gaurantee is in place for 30 days after the last estimated date for delivery.
If you are getting that message more than 30 days have passed.
