Seller won't send invoice, how to proceed?

Hello everyone, I purchased two items from a seller in the USA on Oct. 10, one an auction and the other a BIN. The seller states they offer combined shipping and specifically states they ship to Canada. I have sent a "request total" twice and emailed them twice also, no response. How should I proceed at this point?

Some sellers actually take holidays.  This holiday weekend was Thanksgiving in Canada, Columbus day in the USA.

There can also be issues if Best Offer was used for sending revised invoices at the sellers end.

Is there a shipping cost showing right now for each item or is that area blank?  If it is showing, you have the option of paying but there is no guarantee that the seller will  refund a portion of that later on.  Or wait and if the seller does not send an invoice and opens an unpaid item claim, you can appeal that later on with ebay.  It won't affect you though unless you have had other recent unpaid item claims.
