The seller send me a wrong color and over charge

When you make a purchase from ANY seller on eBay and when you make payment to ANY seller on eBay YOU agree to the terns of the sale and that INCLUDES the cost of shipping. You can't accuse a seller of " over charge shipping" if you purchased the item/product knowing in advance that stated shipping cost...

If the seller sent the wrong thing then "yes" you can return it - contact the seller and tell them the issue.  As for shipping, the cost is listed when you purchase the item so there is nothing that can be done if you already paid for the item but if the cost of shipping is different from what was originally listed then maybe you can do something but that would be odd.

The first step is to contact the seller, explain about the colour, and ask for a Return Shipping Label.

Now did they send you red instead of blue?
That is a Seller error, and they owe your Return Shipping and a full refund.

But

If you  ordered  Red, expecting cherry and you got scarlet, that is Buyer Remorse and you are required to pay for Return Shipping.

If the seller is not helpful, DON'T GET INTO AN ARGUMENT!

Open a Claim for Not As Described.

The link is on your My eBay-> Purchases page.

EBay will automatically handle it from there.

You have 30 days from delivery to open the Claim.

As mentioned, the "shipping charge" won't fly. The buyer pays the shipping fee the seller gave in their listing as well as any import fees (duty and sales tax) the  buyer's government charges.
