covid-19 = lazy sellers

I ordered 6 items from separate sellers over a week ago, pricing between $100-$400 for each item.
Of those 6 items only two have been sent. Two of them didn't even create a shipping label until yesterday...
Whats so difficult?

although it will vary from seller to seller, many sellers are not going to the post office that often right now, maybe a couple of times per week, maybe only once per week...

Given the value of the items, I would assume the sellers will be using tracking.

Have you contacted the four sellers?  Politely ask them when they shipped, what service they used and what the tracking number of the shipments are.

If you get no response, you can open an Item Not Received Dispute in the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

If the shipments have been sent, although you don't have a tracking number, it may not be possible to do this.

The policy is that INR disputes can only be opened after the last day of eBay's estimated delivery period ends. Then you have 30 days to open a Dispute.

If the seller cannot prove delivery (and it's delivery, not shipping) you will be refunded.

This is not instantaneous.

If you don't get an answer from the sellers, and eBay will not allow a Dispute yet, because the delivery window has not closed, you can go to your Paypal account and open an Item Not Received dispute in their Resolution Centre, which is at the top of your account page under Tools.

Again, unless the seller can prove delivery, you will be refunded.

In addition, if you back your PP account with a credit card, you are also covered under the chargeback provisions of the card. Those policies differ.

Under normal circumstances, it is my experience, with over 30 years in mail order, that delivery from North America to Canada averages about 20 days. Usually a little faster.

From overseas, it can take as little as three weeks but as much as three months.

Have you checked the handling time on the listings? Many sellers have updated handling times. So I know we are used to quick shipping but due to current circumstances, things have changed.

I wouldn't really say lazy, but rather cautious. It's no joke if someone catches CV19 while in line at the post office. I've had sellers I totally forgot to check handling time, messaged them and they replied they had changed handling time. What really matters is your estimated date of delivery.
