help with seller

I bought an item on December 27 about 4 days later the seller messaged me saying she was refunding me my money back and if i was still interested in the item try buying it back after the new year.  So on January 7 i bought it again and again 4 days later she refunded my money back  so i sent her a message saying i was going with a different seller and to please cancel my order.  It has been one month she is not responding to my messages.  The item is still on my account under unpaid what do i do now

Until the seller initiated a Cancel
Order, they owe commission to eBay. You don’t owe anyone money, so you can ignore the transaction until it drops off at the end of 60 days. Until then, it’s merely an annoyance.

She refunded, twice.

Both transactions are completed.

Don't worry about the Unpaid symbol, it just means she isn't getting her fees back because she didn't give eBay an acceptable reason for refunding.

Terrible customer relations, by the way.
