not received item question

What happen after report a seller to ebay? The seller never reply to my open case for not received item! The seller have refund me on paypal and ask western union payment but never receive nothing. i've talk to seller by phone, i have adresse and driver licence copy! Someone can help me?  thanks

Dd the seller give you a full refund including shipping in your paypal account.

Where did western union come into this transaction

Buyer paid with Paypal.

Seller refunded Paypal payment

Asked buyer to pay with Western Union.

Buyer should immediately contact eBay  as Western Union is not an accepted method of payment on eBay.

It appears that seller now has some of buyer's personal information as well.

There should be no more communication with seller.

Contact eBay... and let eBay know what has happened....

Never, ever give a seller your driver's license number or any other personal information, particularly when there has been a problem.

Same here.. my package was returned to sender due to incomplete address. the seller promise to send it back to me when she receive it. unfortunately she doesn't..
