(((Andrew))) my initial reaction was 'hmmm, that's uncharacteristic' then I took it in the vein of 'the unbelievable things you see on youtube'. I didn't believe for one second you took pleasure in watching that. We're all guilty of faulty judgment calls. Like everything else - I won't totally discredit youtube as I have received some awesome blessings & laughter - there's always good & evil - one has to pick & choose.

Take a deep breath & laugh about it. It's done & past. :)

I try my best not to offend but to live as much as possible by loving and careing for everyone...so when I do offend someone it hits me hard and makes me realize my own failures....but everyone has been very kind.:-)

Evening..i am sure eveyrone has gone to bed..quite the day on CTS...had kind of a bad night..long story, and i wont get into it on here. been crying, etc. DF tried to comfort me, but it really dint feel like comfort at the time..he was really subdued tonight..not sure, as he wont tell me. anywya..i think i will jsut lurk on CTS for awhile:) GodBless

Sorry to hear you had a bad evening April. Sometimes, the stress involved in planning a wedding can really get to people and they don't always react in a positive way. Don't worry, this will all blow over soon and you'll get to enjoy your big day.

Awww April, don't let it get you down. If it was CTS that made you sad, just avoid it for awhile--but personally I hope that you will still post about your wedding.

I am sorry if I hurt your feelings when I posted on your thread about people who ask for prayers--I would not want to have hurt you. I think what you meant is that some posters spend a lot of time attacking the Bible and some people on this thread, but when they need help, they ask for prayers. I recognize that while I pray to my God others pray to their god and we can't assume they mean Christ. There are probably many different faiths represented on CTS. Where I believe you to be absolutely right is if someone comes to the Christian thread and asks for prayers, but still attacks posters here or the Bible--then it becomes a head scratcher.

I hope your tears have dried, your heart is lighter and you and your DF are having a good giggle about some aspect of your days. If I added to those tears, I am sincerely sorry.:-x

Good post, Nikki. April, just do what I do...walk away when a thread gets to you. Why torture yourself to go back and read the carp?

The way I figure it, time is money....and I'd rather spend my nickels on things - and people - that matter. 🙂
