That was a wonderful video - thank you so much for posting that link. As a piano player, this is the first I ever heard of the black notes - amazing!

My uncle (on my husband's side) passed away during the night. He had been in a lot of pain, and so it has been a release. Perhaps that's why my husband couldn't sleep very well last night.

We will miss him.

((((Nellie)))) That was beautiful and amazing. DH heard it, asked me to replay it and we sat at the computer and listened to it together. He asked me to send it to his brother in Palm Springs. Such a gift brought tears to our eyes. Thank you for posting it.

Lovely song, I would like to share one as well. It was my great grandpa's favourite and one that he requested be played at his funeral. Unfortunately, great grandpa passed before I was born. I think he would be pleased with this rendition of his favourite song...

Taking respite here from the Bill Mayer(Maher) thread.

It's amazing. Anything positive or reasonable is overlooked and any attack on Christianity or Dexmor that can be made is. The post that pointed out that Christianity bashing is OK, but wouldn't be allowed for any other faith went ignored.
But Christ told us to expect this, didn't He?

The attacks on Christianity made me re-examine my thoughts on faith and made my decision clear to me. I often think that when attacks are made--there are others out there too who are wandering and observing. The unpleasantness just may help them. It was what made me finally stand up.

We apparently had an earthquake this morning--I didn't feel a thing, but am praying my sisters and brothers and all are all okay.

I'll be in Barkyville from the 6th - 23rd...and yes, it is exciting! (I haven't been there since last September as my trip in January ended up being cancelled due to my Mums illness/passing. I am soooo ready for a holiday!) 😄
